Biography:

Richard Fischer is the Vice President and General Counsel of Navigant Consulting, and former Chief Compliance Officer with Sears Holdings. He recently left Sears for a new role with Navigant. Mr. Fischer has an excellent background with leadership and business organizational skills, and we are looking forward to having him as well as the other speakers join us this October.
